Overview
This mine site includes water rights in two separate groundwater basins, including water rights in the Humboldt Regional Basin. Water right management activities for this site include strategies to maintain the good standing of water rights through periods of dormancy, site development, or transition to new owners, managing Nevada Department of Environmental Protection (NDEP) permit requirements and developing water right permits to allow for dewatering.
