Overview
This project includes water right consultation and permitting to support mineral exploration activities at multiple sites in Nevada. Permitting efforts in this case required a combination of waivers, temporary permitting, and changes to existing surface and groundwater to manage regulatory compliance and allow for permit approval. Water right permitting efforts at these sites supported approvals through the United States Forest Service and other regulatory agencies.
