This effort includes strategies to comply with regulatory requirements and maintain water right permits as well as supporting development of water resources to support future development and growth. Examples of clientele that Chris has worked with or is currently supporting include Lyon County Dayton Utilities, Tahoe Reno Industrial G.I.D., and Silver Springs Mutual Water Company.

Strategies to develop water rights and water resources, permitting and regulatory compliance, and due diligence and transaction support are commonly provided.  Current clientele include Singatse Peak Services, Jerritt Canyon Gold, and Western Exploration.
